Keep getting the dreaded "shockwave may have crashed" etc on several sites ever since installing the update. Got it perhaps once a month or so before the update, now it's all day every day.

I am so fed up it's beyond words.

Do you have FF v29.0 ? I keep getting crashes with Flash too. VCC+ crashes some times too.

Look for an add-on called Classic Theme Restorer, it's excellent and will give you back the old look while keeping the added security of this build. Maybe Flash is out of date? Check all add-ons to see they are up to date.

Using non-RAID on purpose as I find it too fussy and temperamental.
No, this is still 28.0 here. Not anywhere near ready to try 29.

An update to flash 14. beta seems to have greatly alleviated the issues.

After waging weeks of war against this issue to no avail, I rolled back the update, uninstalling every update from here to beginning April, and the problem is gone.
