    But as I said before, if Microsoft's junk filters are applied after our custom rules, then this won't work. But since you said you have tested and it works for you, then I think we are on right track.

    Well, I haven't looked at how to move filters up or down on a filter list, as this is the first filter for outlook online I have made. But, having said that, it would stand to reason that with the above filter in place, if you were to get junk mail, right click on the junk mail, select send to junk, I am guessing it creates a precedent for that specific mail type????? I really cant say. If you hadn't noticed I am flying blind

    Im working atm but when I have time, I will create other filters and see if there are specific orders you can place them in. Setting preferences will be trial and error. I couldn't find any resources online to teach me otherwise.
