    IE10 To permanetly display Menu bar (Edit View etc) - no reg hack !

    Hi there
    If like me you like the Menu bar on IE -- I like cut / paste etc etc.

    Do the following

    1_ Just Press ALT to temporarily enable it

    2) To Permanently enable it now click in the VIEW option and choose toolbars ===>menu bar

    To switch it off again just unclick the menu bar in the view option.
