Is anybody else having this issue?
I open Chrome from a cold launch. Immediately freezes for upwards of 30 seconds and the window title changes to include "Not Responding". It also randomly locks up while browsing the web, typing, or opening a new tab for upwards of 30-50 seconds. It just started doing this out of NOWHERE a few days ago. Updated to the latest version, no help. Re-installed. No help.
Is anybody having this problem? I've had to resort to IE.
PS, for the record: My brother is also having this same issue with his notebook running Windows 8.1. However, my HP TouchSmart (running 8.1 Pro) has yet to encounter such an issue.
Any Helpful advice?
