windows 8 inbox messages disappear

the messages in my live mail inbox disappear. I don't delete them. Is there a setting I need to change to stop it happening?

Seen people have a similar issue, this post helped them out:

1. Open Mail App. Press Windows Key + C key.
2. Click on Settings. Click Accounts. Click on your account name.
3. Under Download email from, select Anytime.
4. Wait for few seconds and you should see more mails in your inbox.

Thanks Harry. It looks like I have two accounts when I go into settings, both with the same email address but one I can't edit because most of the boxes are grayed out. It has 'download emails from' (last 2 weeks). The other I can edit and it is set up with 'anytime'.

Ok great, has it fixed the issue changing one of them to anytime?
