I just wanted to know if there are nay ways to add multiple contacts at once.
Let’s say, I have 40 accounts in Outlook, and I want to add all these accounts as contacts.
Was just wondering if there was any automated way instead of adding them one by one.
That was the main question.
Thanks for the reply though.

Don't think so, as all their information would be different anyway. There is, however, a way to export and import multiple contacts in Outlook itself. But from another program I don't think you can

That is ok. It is just creating around 30-40 contacts. Not a hard job. I just wanted to know if there was an easier way though. Just for knowledge. Thanks again.

Also should mention that if you add an email account to outlook, it should (I believe) import contacts associated with that account. At least it did for me and my Hotmail contacts.

Good luck with those contacts!

I am not trying to add the contacts of the account e-mails. I am trying to add the account e-mails as contacts also.

Outlook Account 1 : x@y.com
Outlook Account 2 : y@y.com
Outlook Account 3 : z@y.com

I want x@y.com, y@y.com, and z@y.com as contacts automatically.

An email account is just the holder of the address, such as example@hotmail.com
So you log into an email account to access it. I don't think you personally own 40 or so email accounts, as that is... well, crazy.

So you would just be attempting to include the 40 or so contacts with their contact information into your 'contacts' section of outlook. I do not know the source of these contacts, unless you mean you previously sent messages to people, and you can see the email addresses whenever you attempt to send more email. Read more about suggested contacts: Automatically add contacts for everyone that you send an email message - Outlook - Office.com

There is a suggested contacts folder in your contacts section of outlook. I have 2010, so this is what it looks like. See if you can find your contacts in that folder:

Yes, luckily it automatically adds.
No, not all of the e-mail addresses are mine.
I am sort of managing all these accounts and sometimes send some e-mails between these accounts (So that they can check on the web), that is why I needed them as contacts.
