Solved 'Copy all sent items from all accounts into one folder'

I would like to create a rule in Outlook.
When I send a message; after it is sent, it automatically puts it into the Sent Mail of the Account.
I would like Outlook also to copy the e-mail (from all accounts) to one folder.
How can I do this?
If I can't do this from all accounts, how can I do it from one account?
'When I send an e-mail, after it is sent, copy them to Folder X.'
Thanks.

In Outlook, if you go to File > Rules and Alerts > New Rule, does creating a rule similar to the following screenshots do what you are trying to do?

Thank you so much.
I was trying to find it through create rule, but your menu was in managing rules and at the end, there was even an option for apply it to all accounts. (I didn't choose it, it didn't seem necessary as I didn't specify an account)
I still have questions though.
What if I do it like this:
app.PNG

Wouldn’t it copy all the sent items from all e-mail accounts to the specified folder (And I believe the folder will also be created in the server also, which is what I want.)

I mean in the end, there is an option to "apply this to all accounts", but since I didn’t specify an account, it should apply to all accounts anyway (It also warned me that it will be applied to all mail I send".)

Thank you so much again.

P.S.: I stayed away from technology for over two years, and right now, I am feeling like a virgin. I was trying to create the rule from "create rule" and wasn’t able to find an option for sent mails. It was in "manage the rules" and happily (not necessary on this one maybe), there was even an option to apply it to all accounts at the end.

P.S. 2: Do you know how to add all of my accounts as contacts? Yes, I will need to send e-mails to the accounts on Outlook so it can be checked.

P.S.3: I didn't want to mark it as solved, just in case you or somebody else replies adding accounts to contacts questions. Will mark it as solved tomorrow or so if no answer comes up.

I have a problem.
Outlook copies the e-mails after I press the send button, but actually not before sending them.
It copies the items when they are still in the outbox.
Is there anyway to make Outlook to copy the sent items after they leave the outbox?
