surface pro internet explorer... please help!

My internet explorer wont open web pages on the app, only on the desktop. Also, it wont play youtube videos. It says i need to update flashplayer but its up to date. Please help!

I deleted my history and that fixed it. I think it had something to do with the active x filtering.

I did all this and it runs youtube video but not videos on Facebook and other websites. It does in desktop mode but not the tablet internet explorer. Any ideas?
