Hi

Never experienced this slight problem before, using windows 8.1 pro. While using facebook I wanted to watch a part film via a youtube link, so far ok but as soon as you go to full screen etc everything freezes the up comes the directive windows fixing problem, then ok but still cannot get full page, any ideas would be welcome.

When you experienced this issue, how where you visiting Facebook? Using the Facebookapp, using IE App, using IE Desktop modus.

I was using facebook through IE on my laptop, have since tried a viewing thru youtube direct and this is ok?

Ok, you use facebook through IE. But you didn't say you were using the IE APP or the IE DESKTOP MODUS. Please clarify that one for me.

Since you say that you can view Youtube fullscreen if you visit the Youtube site we can confirm that there is nothing wrong with your pc/ browser. Perhaps it's a Facebook issue?

You might want to trial and error switching the "trace security" from IE on and off. Perhaps the "trace security" is preventing you to visit youtube through Facebook properly.

Desk top modus, I think you maybe correct in your assumption could be a facebook fault.

Thanks der snoober sorted my problem went to internet options - advanced and reset explorer settings ant tried youtube on facebook, full page and yes went to full page and back ok
