IE 11 tells me that my IE proxy is set to 127.0.0.1:9666
so i can't browse websites.
And in the internet options, Lan setting , proxy is disabled....
And in the regestry, HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ProxyServer is set to 127.0.0.1:9666,the most wierd is , i can't change it , even i delete it , it will appear again when i reopen the regestry editor... how can i solve it?

How do you find the malware program if your browser(s) are disabled by the proxy hijack? I have this issue now too?
