How to sync Exchange contacts on droid?

Hello, where I work, we set everyone up with driods. All are backed up with a google account, where we can import contacts, but if contacts are added via active directory (which adds them in exchange) they don't sync with the phone.

How can I get all of the exchange contacts to sync on the phone, so that when contacts are added or updated, they do so on the phone. Please tell me this is possible, doing it with google doesn't update or add new contacts added through exchange.

you have to add an exchange account on the phone.

They are all set up with exchange accounts. The contacts do not show up. The calendar syncs fine. No address book at all on any of the phones. Isn't this one of the things exchange was supposed to do?

Yes, without a doubt my exchange contacts sync to my phone. It's usually an option as to what you want to sync on the Exchange account.

Ok, thanks, mine doesn't. Any chance on figuring out how? Every phone is set up with exchange and all have the "sync calendar" option checked, but the only contacts shown are from google. Well, I am wanting the address book, with the numbers to sync, and if it iisn't the address book that syncs, how to I migrate my address book to the contacts and sync them so that everyone's phone and mobile show up on the phones?

Any response? Please? Outlook DOESN'T sync Contacts, it syncs the address book. I have to manually copy contacts from the addres book to the contacts, then THAT will sync, but it is poiontless as I have to run around or remote into 60 computer just so I can copy a new contact from the address book to the contact list? That cannot be the way it is. Everything is set to sync, and exchange is the only account on the phones.
