Hi,
I want to stop child from playing games and playing videos on internet. I am currently using Google chrome and Internet Explorer. I had disabled flash player in Google chrome but that was showing the option to enable flash player.children clicked on that and enable plugin again to play games on-line. Is there any other safe way that could be difficult for children to access.

Not directly related to flash but a very good solution if you want to block some sites for your children is Internet Security or DNS Service for your Business or Home - OpenDNS

It can filter all the sites accessible not only from your browser but for everything connected to internet if you use a router.

About chrome, if you have access to Group Policy (any version of win8 but the basic one can), you can download Chrome for business : Chrome for Business
Most controls can be disabled via Group Policy with this version (like the settings button, etc...). You can do the same with standard Internet Explorer.
