    Need a good email client

I have Windows 8.1 with Office 2007 installed. I therefore use office outlook for my email.
I've been having some problems with it lately and ready to try a different email client. Can anyone suggest a good one to use where I won't have to change me email address and still has a spell checker?

I use Outlook but if I didn't I would use Thunderbird. Have used it before and installed for a few clients and they like it. Mozilla Thunderbird

Outlook is actually hard to beat in terms of features. If you don't mind something simpler then a few applications come to mind (limiting myself to free ones, good commercial solutions exist too) :

Actually, I did try Thunderbird. But I'm so used to outlook and it's features and at my age of 82 it's hard for me to change. So I found a way to fix the bug that was in outlook. But I thank all of you for your input.

Mailbird is another really great alternative for Windows users, Mailbird - Best Email Client for Windows 7, 8 and XP

It is especially awesome to have Mailbird, given the lack of alternatives for a fast, modern/polished and productivity focused email tool. Also, it actually feels and looks good when you are using it..considering how much time we spend with email.

Until 8.1 I never used outlook, but its ok now. I use it for FB notifications which keeps them out of my mainstream. I use as my main email - gmail, lots and lots of storage space to save emails, for rest of your life if need be. I have tried others like Thunderbird, and such, but always come back to gmail, cant be beaten.
