went into yahoo a few minutes ago and ran into a problem i've never seen. a small window pops up in the middle of my screen saying yahoo no longer supports 7.0 or earlier versions of internet explorer. it also said if using IE 9 or later, turn off compatibility view (what's that).

now I've only had this thing a couple months or so and I thought everything was up to date. how do I find out what
version of IE I have? and up date it if necessary?
