About five weeks ago I upgraded my desktop from windows 7 to windows 8. At that time all was going well. I had to go into hospital and was there for three weeks seriously ill. Anyway. I am home now but can only use the computer and not able to go out yet.
I have gone to set up the windows live mail and add my talktalk email address to it but it will not accept any settings I have recieved from TT. The message on the screen just says unable to find account. I can get to the emails through my Chrome browser but would like to set everything up through my windows 8 screen.
So if anyone has had a similar problem with their account could you please help me get mine right.
