Lol! that's really strange. What email program? Do the emails come from the same source?

I have a Windows 8 touch computer plus a Mac. It arrives like that on both computers. Come to think of it I think it is from one person although I have no idea what there computer is. arram

If the information is coming in like that to both computers and the only thing in common is the originator, then you need to contact the originator and explain your situation so they can either take corrective action or explain to you why this is happening. BTW, you used a phrase "written word" in your opening statement. Does that mean the information is coming in via an attachment such as a word doc or is it just a plain text display within the email client? In any event, you need to go back to the originator so good luck.

Then we've narrowed it to someone's email and the manner of which it's composed. Do you know this person well enough to email and ask?
