Sorry if this is a repeat but I could not find the answer. I'm sure it was somewhere on this forum.
IE 10 has stopped showing any description at the top of the page. How can I get it back? Not a big problem but I'd appreciate any clue to what I did wrong.
To be clear the blue bar at the top used to say "Internet Explorer - not responding" now it is just blue.
