Internet Explorer fails to open certain web-pages. Sometimes the error report I received is "web-page reports 000".
Does anyone else have the same problem?
I have tried resetting "advanced" in options and have also reset whatever else is possible without any positive result.
Your assistance will be appreciated

Hi Shawn --
Another possibility in IE10 is to use the following trick -- this works also with POPOUT screens where you can watch video streams where you get a choice "Watch in popout window".
The compatibility global setting doesn't always work so what you do is in the browser window press F12. this gets you into DEVELOPER MODE.
Wait for the HTML string to appear in the box (arrowed in the screenshot) and then choose from the drop down menu BROWSER MODE IE10 the compatibility mode.
This always seems to fix Blank / black Video screens when playing multi-media too.
Note these settings aren't retained so you have to do it as and when needed each time - but it's not a pain to do it.
Cheers
