I recently received a message form Microsoft that the charge for an application from the MS store was declined. I know that the problem is an expired date on my VISA card. When I go to the MS web site to attempt to update the date I get a message that the browser is set to not accept cookies .I cannot find a setting to enable cookies for this site.

I did what you suggested. I now have the Microsoft site set as allow always, but still get the browser will not allow cookies message when I try to edit the site.

Oh well - I guess they will have to do a collection agency to get their $2.99 payment.

Do not allow you account to go to collection. Your credit will be ruined for $2.99? Find a way to get this issue resolved quickly. Use another browser if necessary or contact MS directly. You do not want to deal with the consequences of having bad credit.

Just install Opera or Chrome , if you don't want to keep them....you can uninstall afterwards easily enough.
