Solved Completely removed Internet Explorer From Win 8 Pro. Help

I want to re-install Internet Explorer into my Win 8 pro. I am using a Toshiba Laptop Satellite. I have tried to download and install other version of Win 8 pro, but I receive an error message saying that Internet Explorer is already installed in my system. However, I have tried searching for it, and I can't find it anywhere.


Where is Internet Explorer installed in my Win 8 Pro edition, if I have deleted all of it from my OS?

Also, how to re-install Internet Explorer so that I can use it again.

I have tried to set it as a default browser, but this method does not work.

Any suggestions? Thank you.

Where is Internet Explorer Located Win 8

In the metro or start screen type programs

on the right select settings

then select programs and features

in the left panel select Turn windows features on or off

Find internet explorer and check it, it should be unchecked if you removed it via normal measures and not deleted the folder.

IF it already shows as checked, then uncheck it, let it attempt to uninstall it, then when done check it so that it re-installs it.

If you have not deleted the files bur only deleted the shortcut, you can find the installation in

C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer

You can right click the file iexplore.exe and select copy

then in your desktop you can right click and paste shortcut
