    email problem with Win8

On my desktop computer I have Windows 7 as the OS and for myemail I use Office Outlook.
On my laptop I have Windows 8 and also use Office Outlookfor my email. When I send email everything seems to work with on problems. Onmy laptop it all works with no problem with one exception. When I send an emailmessage to someone at the office of our local paper it comes back asundeliverable due to spam content. Regardless of whom it's sent to at thatoffice the same thing happens. That office is the only place that gives me thatproblem. I called them and they cannot put their finger on the problem. Thismorning I discovered that the problem must be at my end and not theirs. I sentthem a message using my desktop and it went through with no problem. That'sstrange because the only thing different between the two computers is that Ihave Win7 on the desktop and 8 on the lap top; and that office is the onlyplace it happens. Does anyone have any idea as to what is causing this?

I have Office 2003 and Outlook 2003 on my Win 7 and Win 8 systems. I have no problems sending with either one.

First thing, is there any setup differences between the two? One sending HTML text and the other Plain text?

Some SPAM filters key on words in the Subject line. e.g. I get a newsletter from a music store "Steel Guitar Nashville". The Steel Guitar Newsletter subject was causing some ISP's to reject it as SPAM because of the "Steel".

Do you have the identical outgoing mail server setup?

    Just throwing some things out.

I just checked and everything seems to be set up the same way. The strange thing is that I can send the very same message from my desk top and it goes through. I'm going to try something to see if it works. I'll uninstall Outlook and then reinstall and see what happens.
