Always sending in Live Mail

I tried to send very large attachments in Live Mail and it didn't work. I have since deleted them, yet every time I send/recieve it tries to re-send these large files and errors me out. Any ideas?

Try attaching the files again as if you were going to send them, then, instead of removing them at the source, right click the attachment and select remove.
Please let me know if this works for you with Windows Live Mail.
