Solved contacts missing in Win8 Mail

Stupid or what but I simply cannot find how to find Contacts in the green tile Mail. I would like someone to tell me what I must do............ please and thank you.

Click or tap the plus shaped button next to the text entry box to choose a contact from the People application. In Windows 8, the People application replaces the address book (contacts) type functionality you may have used in other e-mail software. Simply click on a person or several people then click "Add". You will then go back to the e-mail application and the message will be ready to send to the contacts you selected.

In addition, you could add your account to the People app to add it's contacts.
After you click on the + in a circle at the top right in the Mail app, click on "To" to be able to select a contact in the People app and click on "Add" to add it in the "To" field in Mail app.
