Does Windows 8 have a email program and can or does someone have a link that will tell me the correct Yahoo mail server settings to work in Outlook.

Every sense I have got Win. 8 and with all of these email program being setup to all run together I have just had trouble getting my ISP email program to work.

Thanks, Tommy

Do you actually have Outlook (and what version)?

Outlook Express was discontinued back in the Vista days. Windows Live Mail is the current offering from Microsoft and must be downloaded from Microsoft. It has the capability of accessing your ISP's e-mail account along with web based e-mail accounts such as Yahoo, Outlook (formerly Hotmail), Gmail, etc.

My Outlook is the old 2003 that came with Office. So, I take it that MS. 8 doesn't have Windows Live Mail ? I did a search and couldn't found it.

I have Office 2003 (and Outlook 2003) installed. Office 2003 is not supposed to work with Win 8. Others have reported it not working or working properly. I have Outlook 2003 and Word 2003 installed and both work OK. I have my ISP e-mail working OK. I haven't tried to install any "Outlook Connectors" for any web based e-mail services (and don't know if they are supporting Outlook 2003)

Windows Live Mail is not included with Windows, you have to download it from Microsoft (free download). I also have Windows Live Mail installed on my Win 8 installation, but it was installed initially for some testing.

The Link I have in my original post will take you to a Microsoft site that you can download Windows Live Mail.
