Mail App account details HELP

Hi there, a while back I downgraded to windows 7 form 8 but then I had this problem, I forgot the password of one of my e-mail account which I had previously set up on the Mail app at Windows 8. Now I can't access it and I'm trying to find a way to acces my sync data (if there is any) from the Mail app with my login credentials for that email account. Is there a way to access it online? or would I have to reinstall or access a windows 8 pc with the mail app? Or is it just plain impossible?
