windows 8 built in flash player not working

hello
windows 8 built in flash player not working, please don't suggest using firefox, i need it to use yahoo messenger. and it depends to IE. as you now it not possible to reinstall it. reseting IE didn't help.
i also tried adobe guide but it didn't help, there were no addon in ie to enable. but when i try to install flash it says built in is installed and updated
i must note that IE shows no flash content.

in that link there were nothing in the box, i clicked on flash player test, it says: You have version 11,7,700,224 installed
but it doesn't load any flash content

It won't.
Just the version message means you have Flash installed.

it didn't helped.
some one suggested to do IE performance diagnostic it didn't helped too, but is there any other similar jobs to do? or i have to reinstall IE?

Try running sfc /scannow.

Then run Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Reboot & run sfc /scannow again.

If it doesn't help, reinstall IE.
