Solved Outlook 2013

Hi, I have outlook 2013,
I had a problem where it kept opening up to a different mail account, so my default set one. I didn't know how to fix it and so I deleted it. However when I open up outlook the account that I delete is still there and it still opens up. I have checked under accounts and its not listed under there but it still appears in the accounts.

How can I delete this as it is very annoying
or is there a way I can delete the application and the reinstall it, but reinstall as like "new" so it asks me what accounts that I want to be included it outlook. So like a brand new setup

Not to worry.
I had some spare time and did some research, and I hate to go into control panel > mail > and then delete the current profile.
This allowed me to add my accounts as if it was first instaill
