Lost Title Bar on a website application

I go to a website (omnovia.com) to use their application, and I need to drag the window across to a second monitor. Initially the title bar was shown, for a few days, but now it has disappeared, so I can't drag the window. I recently installed win8 so I've been personalizing it (and trying to learn it!!), and likely set something to open the screen in that fashion, but I can't find a setting where the title bar is shown. I have other machines that run win7 and Vista, and the title bar is shown. I need your expertise! Thanks.

What browser are you using? Have you tried other browsers?

I use IE 9. I don't believe it's a browser issue since the title bar was there for at least two sessions. My thought is that it's some setting that I changed inadvertently that puts the screen in a mode without a title bar. At the suggestion of the site support person I tried pressing ESC and F11 with no change. One note, the screen that is presented at the site is not totally interactive, the majority of it is "read-only" (likely not the correct term), the only things I could do were to use a scroll bar & drag the window across 2 screens; there is a "chat" area at the bottom of the window.

Thanks. I'm confused because some items that I bring up have title bars, like the "screenshots" folder.

Here's a shot of the application window that I have the problem with. I believe it's a Flash Player screen. Don't ask how I got the double screens in the shot, I can't tell you (!!) Sorry it's so small, but you can see the general window. If you need to see the details, I will have to get another shot tomorrow when the site is up. I appreciate your help.

If you don't have the same issue in another browser, contact the folks that run the site. It is possible there was a code change.

Interesting find; sometimes (I don't know the particulars why) when I click the IE icon at the taskbar I get a window with a title bar, and WDO/F11 works to toggle it off/on. Other times I get a full-screen window and WDO/F11 does not do anything. When I go to the site from the "reduced" window the window retains the title bar, and when I go there from the full screen one it remains in that mode. So, I added the site to the Favorites Bar, and I'll access it from the reduced window.

I have been in contact with the support folks at the site; they've been having me go through all of the basics (remove cookies, etc.) so not much support there.

Thank you for the suggestions; this is a great site!

In IE 10, on the website title bar, the caption is missing so you can't see the title of the website. This is how it is with IE 9, as well, but Classic Shell fixes it. Is there something similar I can download to add the captions to the website title bar in IE 10? Thank you. LB
