Hi, Windows 8 blacked out on me & the notebook's manufacturer's technician had me re-set it back to the factory settings. However, on inputting the personal info all over again, at the 'Wireless' stage Virgin, (my broadband supplier) told me the 'password' to use that was on the router, but it won't accept it. The Virgin guy said that even though it set-up ok before, now that I've re-set it, it may need something else. Any ideas what? Thanks.
