Installation file for the Mail app

after searching online for this file with no luck i thought i would try the forum.

I work as an IT technician and I am working with a windows 8 machine where as soon as you load the windows 8 mail app the machine freezes up alot and its a real struggle to just close the application ( often required hard shutdown)

I was attempting to reinstall the mail app to find that to install the app from the store you need to have a microsoft account, without getting into how ridiculous this is and why the hell microsoft have not released an .MSI for network push out. does anyone know how i can reinstall this application without assigning a microsoft account as i do not know the end users account details and do not wish to use one other than theirs.

encase you haven't noticed i am REALLY not a fan of windows 8 due to it being so user UNfriendly.

yes thats the install page from the app store and the website however they both require microsoft accounts and i am looking to install without using a microsoft account, there has to be a way for IT technicians to install applications without needing account details.
