An IE10 retro tweak

My wife accesses work via my pc but it refuses to work under IE10. This is how I solved it:

Click on options
F12 development tools
Browser mode -select IE7
this also automatically alters the next panel to read IE5 quirks; thats normal
after these three clicks it works perfectly

You might also see how using compatibility view in IE10 for any site that does not display properly may work for you.

I have often tried compat view with little success, for my wife's software and others including some games, no luck. The problem was not display, it simply would not open but it does on the top tweak.
