Outlook 2010 Right Click to download images not available

Hi

Since buying a new machine with windows 8 I do not get the option in Outlook 2010 to be able to download images in emails.

I have also another machine windows 7 and Outlook 2010 and the right click option is fine.

I've also followed the trusted site and it makes no difference.

In Word Show picture placeholders in unticked.
