Internet Explorer Metro App

So, when I upgraded to Windows 8 Pro from Windows 7 Ultimate, I usually don't use IE. But I went to my local Microsoft Store, I used the new Windows 8 IE app and I loved it.

There is one thing though, on my Laptop, IE only runs the Desktop version, not the app. I hate the look of the desktop version, and the app looks 100x better to me than chrome does.

So, how can I make the IE Metro App run on my device.

to run the Immersive/Modern version of IE10, IE needs to be the default web browser. If you make another browser the default such as Chrome or Firefox, IE10 will load the desktop version.

same thing for Nightly Firefox. If the Nightly build of FF is not the default, when you go to load it, it'll load the desktop version of FF and not the Immersive/Modern version.
