Web Page Display

Just purchased a Dell Inspiron 660 with a 21.5" LED monitor set to the recommended resolution of 1920 x 1080. All web pages whether opened in Mozilla or IE do not fill the screen. There is about a three to four inch border on both sides or in the case of Bing a border all the way around. So basically the web pages are displayed in strip format in the middle of the screen. I've tried ever setting I can think of... I'm tired.

Thanks All...

F11 is different... that's just full screen mode that takes away the top and bottom tool bar. The web page itself is still only in the middle of the screen.
