I am using WIN 8 pro and Yahoo mail under IE 10. I have a email file attachment with a Simplified Chinese filename and contents. The name was displayed correctly in my email. When I do a save attachment to computer. I'll get a prompt asking "Do you want to save ???xxX???.doc to your computer" . The name is not displayed correctly. I have to say yes to save the attached file. The garbled up name is displayed in the Windows explorer. I know that my windows explorer and my system can handle Chinese with no problem because I have other Chinese file name correctly displayed under my folders and I can open the Chinese.doc file under MS words.
Any idea where is the problem and how I can fix it ?
