Problem uploading contacts on live.com/outlook.com

I have around 950 contacts in my old Nokia C3. To transfer them onto my Lumia 820, I exported them as CSV and uploaded on Google contacts. Everything works fine but when I try to sync the account with my phone, I get all the contacts but half of them are without phone numbers, I see just the Google profile.

So, I called Nokia and they asked me to upload the contacts on Live. But when am doing so, I face the same issue, half of them dont show the numbers. This is confusing that I see all contacts on Google but not on outlook.

What I have tried:

1. Exporting google contacts as outlook csv
2. Delteiting my phonebook and re syncing Google account.

I have lost access to my phonebook and desperately need the fix.

I tried Importing with .csv. It won't work. All I got was the names. I had to add all the e-mail addresses manually.
It must be common, because when I Googled it, There was a lot of people with the same problem.
