Since upgrading from WLM11 to WLM12, I have been unable to view eots in HTML stationery even though they have been correctly coded. I assumed this to be an issue with WLM12 until recently when I found others using WLM12 can correctly see eots. I am using windows 8 32 bit and have checked all settings in WLM12 and IE10 (though this problem was also apparent with Win7/IE9) and can find no reason for eots not to display for me ..... they do display in Windows mail and also if I view in IE10 by changing the .eml to a .mht.
Has anyone else encountered this problem ???? And could the fact that I am using 32 bit whereas others viewing eots are using 64 bit be the cause of the problem.
