Internet Explorer wont start

Hi I have windows 8 pro and internet explorer and firefox crash the minute they load. I am not sure how to fix this any ideas?

You might see if completely resetting IE and Firefox may help.

Yeah that didn't do it, it still crashes.

Are you having any other issues that may be related to this?

You might see if uninstalling and reinstall Firefox may help with it.

Otherwise, you might consider refreshing Windows 8, and reinstalling any programs afterwards.

Ive installed two programs since i upgraded an driver for my video card and java for the internet. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled firefox and that didnt do anything. I can however, use firefox in safe mode, which makes me think it was the java runtime enviroment.

Also im having problems with the unity engine working which points toward my graphics card. Also media player crashes, i hope that helps

With all of those issues, I would recommend to refresh Windows 8. Afterwards create a restore point before installing anything else in case it may be the cause, and you could just do a system restore to undo it.
