Now that I have switched to MS Account ...

Detailed Info of this machine at my profile if needed.

I was informed I had to switch to MS account to get control of MAIL, CALENDAR, ETC. in this new windows 8 Home version desktop. So I have switched to my MS account, which by the way, the username is so old that the prefix before the "@" is only my 3 initials! So you know that goes back into the 90's.

So now I have, when I click onto the mail, calendar and people it goes to a splash screen with their particular icon then flashes back to the metro start page. What have I not done yet? Thanks so much! jack

There should be about 15 app updates, check the update area and see if you have them for install, if not click to check for updates.

You know my brother and I figured ourselves bass fisherman. But if you live in DE the bass are slim pickens to far and inbetween, rarely, near lunker size. The pickeral do well but I feel the have taken our few precious ponds over. But oh well, back, I clicked for UPDATES and are none? Any further help is appreciated. jack
