Solved Email security.

Good morning all
I have Windows 8 Pro with Microsoft Outlook.
I have a feeling that certain email is being blocked as spam when there is no real reason for it to be. I also think that this could be changed by doing a few tweaks myself or at least it was possible in XP.

Anybody help me on this one please. arram

Which version of outlook do you have?
Outlook will block emails it thinks is spam
You can train outlook to decide what is spam and what is not
I cannot tell you where to do this unless you tell me which version you have

But if you right click on the particular email it will give you an option called Junk
When you click Junk- it gives you options what you want to do with that email
You can put it in a safe senders list or not
If you scroll further down it will show you Junk Options
in there you can decide how to handle the junk email (or not)
