    Windows 8 versus Adobe Flash

When playing games on facebook, some ask for the latest Flash to be installed.

Windoes 8 will not allow me to update my flash player to latest version; instead it refers me to an Issues page.

I need to update the flash player; can anyone assist me on how to do this in relation to the above issue.

Metro IE10 is similar to Chrome in that Flash has to be updated by updating the browser. If you want to use the plugin download to update the browser, it for sure works with Firefox and I believe also desktop IE10.

See this thread -- I had a problem with a site not allowing Flash in the Metro IE browser, and added it to the xml file per the discussion -- works fine now. Windows 8 versus Adobe Flash
