How do i set the HTML editor to a third party app??

When I go to IE Tools Options Programs, I see the ability to choose an HTML editor... perfect... but I can only choose from Word, Excel, Publisher and Notepad. How do I specify my own???, ie how do I add it to the dropdown?

I was able to do this (or close to this) in Windows 7, but I cant remember how....I had it working such that in IE, when selecting Page View Source, it would call up my html editor, ie komposer.exe.

    Thanks

okay, I managed to find who to change View Source, so I can get to my HTML editor that way ( via F12)

As to the IE dropdowns for HTML editor, I think its coming back to me now that one CANNOT add a third party choice ; one can only choose for Microsoft apps.

Hi. I'm hoping someone uses PdfXchange Editor and knows the trick to get F1 to use the local manual file instead of going onto the web. It has a Help subdirectory. Copying the manual there does nothing. Also I see no setting in Preferences or anything in the online FAQ.
