On all the checks, I got a clear 100%. Unbelievable enough to make me suspicious.??

It's not a browser check it's a firewall check and it's pretty much the standard and first one you ever run to test your ports are shut, I've been using it for years.

That is interesting. My Firewall is in my router, in default state. After reading your post, I disabled it, rebooted, and tried the program again. Got 100% clear??

Thats right. Mystery to me.

Therefore, only an attempt to connect to a nonexistent computer results in no response of either kind. But YOUR computer has DELIBERATELY CHOSEN NOT TO RESPOND (that's very cool!) which represents advanced computer and port stealthing capabilities. A machine configured in this fashion is well hardened to Internet NetBIOS attack and intrusion.[/SIZE]

Some ISPs are blocking pings to ports on behalf of their customers. Still it is good to know that so one can take proper measures to close ports if needed.

GRC is an excellent source for those who wish to educate themselves!

Cheers!
