Simple IE 10 Question

I've been experimenting some with the new Metro version of IE10 and have encountered an annoyance that is probably very simple to resolve. However, haven't been able to find the solution. The following message appears at the top of the browser window every time I launch IE10.

Welcome to Bing on Windows 8. Now get great tips on how to use it. Find Out More. No Thanks.

Anyone know how to stop it? I know I can stop it by changing my start page to something other than Bing, but I want Bing as my start page while I'm experimenting with IE10.

Thanks.

Hi,
While you are in that page, move cursor to right corner (Charms bar) click Settings, Permissions, switch Off Notifications, I haven't tried it, please post the results.

I only had this show up once, and after I clicked on either no thanks or the X (don't remember which), I haven't had it pester me again.

Thanks guys, but guess what. I launched IE10 to try brummyfan's suggestion and the annoying reminder did not come up. I closed IE10 and re-launched several more times and the reminder still didn't show up. I guess the system was counting how many times it had annoyed me and concluded that it better stop before I unpinned IE10 and went back to Firefox.

I've got a blue bar that says add Google app. I can't get rid of. I click no thanks and click the X, but it still comes back. Today I said yes to add it thinking that would get rid of it but it still wants me to add it again after I added it.
