pls help a frustrated newbie non-geek:
Windows 8 on a brand new Sony Tap20 tablet. Set up my aol email account. Email arrives and displays OK. Can't figure out how to save to a folder.
If I right click on any email msg I get a bar across the bottom that gives me four choices: SYNC, PIN TO START, MOVE, and MARK AS UNREAD. When I click on MOVE, app goes grey and nothing happens. I waited over four minutes. Found a review on winsupersite that says MOVE should give me file choices. I'm not getting it. All suggestions appreciated.

Hi FEC,
Welcome to the forums, click Move and you should have a Folder somewhere in that page, as I don't have an AOL mail I have attached a snip of how it looks in gmail page.

When I click on MOVE, nothing happens. The app goes grey. Sounds like I should see an icon or list or something. But nothing.

I'll have to say it again. When the screen goes grey there are no folders to click on, Apparently there should be. So what do I do now?

The only other thing I can think of is going into <settings> <accounts> <aol> and scroll down to <content to sync> and see if everything is checked. Wish I could help more.

I looked at the link and saw that it for reading and saving email in AOL. I'm not doing that. I'm trying to learn email in Windows8. I realize I can install AOL and us AOL to do just about everything including reading and saving email. But if I do that I'm not seeing the benefits of Windows8 - assuming there are any.

I see, you are talking about windows mail, when you want to save an email, right click at the page, click move( at the bottom of the screen), the screen will change in to grey, then you open "Important" folder( in the left panel of the main page) and find the saved email in it. HTH.
