I needed to select "Advanced". Then I got the Browse.
Not sure what you mean by opened Favorites folder.

The C:\Users\(user-name)\Favorites folder. This is where favorites are saved at.

Are you scrolling the bar under "Frequent" in IE10 Metro to the right to see if Favorites may just be off screen? You'll need to hover under the icons to see the scroll bar.

I move moved the Favorites back to the default and IE 10 still isn't seeing it. IE 10 desktop is seeing the Favorites fine even in the changed location.

It may take a bit and a few restarts since you just moved the user folder back to it's default C.

Here's the screen shot in IE metro. There is no scroll bar. Can't figure this one out.

Yeah, you'll only have the scroll bar if you have enough Pinned, Frequent, and/or Favorites to go past the screen.

You may need to export and import your Favorites in IE10 desktop to toggle them to be available in IE10 Metro.

In addition, double check using OPTION TWO in the tutorial below to make sure that your C:\Users\(user-name)\Favorites folder got moved back properly.

    No good.
I even did an IE Reset from IE desktop.

What happens when you manually add a favorite in IE10 Metro? Does it also show in IE10 desktop.

Yes it does. But it doesn't show in metro.

I'll take this up again in the morning. I need my beauty sleep. (like it'll do any good)

Ok. When you get back at it, try adding the favorite while in Metro instead to see if it also appears in desktop.
