Internet Explorer App problem in metro menu

Accidentally deleted Internet Explorer from Metro Menu, and now I tried to restore it through a computer search, I clicked on the pair at first but now when I go through the menu schoolbooks Metro IE it came to me like the desktop or through the app ...
There may be a way to return the Internet Explorer app??

on metro start screen right click towards bottom of screen, click all apps, find IE10 in the apps list,right click pin to start

But its not the app.
Its a normal internet explorer shortcut.

Open your desktop IE and make it default and see whether it fixes.

But i'm using Google Chrome, so i dont want IE to default browser.

Why not defaut IE10 ...see if it puts the app back....then make chrome the default again....just saying that brummyfan had a idea that might work

I tried, but when i do the chrome default browser the Internet Explorer is no longer an application its changed to shortcut.
