hey guys,
I'm having quite the problem. Windows was asking me to restart to finish updates, I postponed because I was in the middle of something. It suddenly restarted a couple of minutes later without asking. After it restarted it booted first into Linux (because that just happens to come first in my boot order and I wasn't paying attention) When i rebooted into Windows it was completely broken, log in was fine but when I tried to start any application it wouldn't do anything for a couple of minutes then, it would open a window with nothing inside. I did manage to get a System manager open which told me I had over 300 background processes, most of which are were some sort of error report or Service host. When i tried to end them, or really do anything at all, numerous windows pop up telling me that "the required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status" The Task manager also shows me that 100% of my Disk is being used. I have no clue on this one, I would really appreciate help. Thanks in advance.
