i can't activate my Win8 x64 Pro..!!
please anyone tell how to activate.???

LOTS you are not telling. Is this an official retail version from Technet or an evaluation version? Did you enter a real product key on install? If it is a real version and you entered a proper product key, as soon as you boot up the first time, Win8 Pro activates automatically. Check control panel-system and security-system and you will see towards the bottom that Win8 was activated.

Are your running TechNet/MSDN, or the leaked builds. If leaked, I can't tell you because it's considered piracy. If TechNet/MSDN, you should have been given keys along with the download.

If it's legit, it should auto activate, or you can call Microsoft.

If it's a pirated, cracked or leaked copy....consider not doing this. It will not only get you kicked off this forum, but as you can see from the above, these versions have been modified and don't work exactly like the real thing. Consider that people could put spyware, password loggers, whatever into this hacked copy of the code. I wouldn't touch it with a 10ft pole.

sorry but i really don't know if it is a real one or not..
one of my friend gave me in his pen drive and told that it's Win8 Pro RTM...but i didn't ask him that it's original one or any leaked version..
if it's not real one than i'll definitely not use this because i also hate piracy...thanx for the info...i'll ask my friend and than i'll tell everyone..!!!thanx once again...!!

If you got it from someone (so not a corporate install), and you don't have a TechNet or MSDN subscription, you can't activate. Those are the only official public ways you could acquire a legit product key at the moment, and will be until October 26th, when you can purchase one from a store (online or otherwise).
