Installing Windows 10 issue & Partition question

Hello. So, I have been getting the issue with trying to install Windows 10, where it would just give me the 80070003 error code and tell me it couldn't install. I've looked around and came across this thread:

It seems to have helped others, but my partitions are nothing like that setup at all. Admittedly, I'm kinda new to tampering with my partitions and have kinda hit a brick wall on what to do. I'm running Windows 7 and on a Dell Inspiron laptop.

This is what my partitions look like (not sure if they are supposed to be like that or not, tbh):

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Use the Dell Utility to create an OEM Windows 7 Recovery USB....
Your current Disk layout has extended and logicial partitions that Windows 10 setup does not like...

your disk structure is in MBR format (4 Partition Limit) and it has partitions within a partition...

So what does windows explorer so for available drive in the explorer window ??

And how do I go about fixing this partitions within partitions issue? Sorry, like I said, still kinda new at partition issues. Also, does Dell Utility possibly go by another name? Can't find it anywhere, including typing it in Start Menu search.

Is there a way to fix this MBR format (4 Partition Limit) without having to wipe the whole computer? I tried looking up a way and found this video: Learn to Convert MBR Hard Disk to GPT without Data Loss through Powerful Software

But right off the bat his Disk Management is way different then mine (his having a varying number of disks, while mine has 1).
